National Strategy- Develop Chongqing

Since the Development Strategy of Western China was in effect, the economy of West China was growing up rapidly. Western Development and Industry Transition of Eastern China brought about the huge increase of industrial demands of West China, meanwhile, the central government invested 4,000 billion Yuan of RMB to promote the economic development of Sinkiang. During the Twelveth-Five Year plan, central government made 330 billion Yuan of investment to support the development of Tibet, which indicates that the government attached more and more importance on the industry of Western China.

中国自实施西部大开发战略以来，西部经济得到了快速发展，西部大开发和东部地区产业转移使得整个西部地区的工业需求猛增，国家4万亿投资新疆促进新疆经济发展，“十二五”期间，中央总投资3300亿支持西藏。彰显出国家越来越重视西部工业。

重庆市经委相关负责人表示，重庆装备制造业2012年将实现打造13个产业集群，包括船舶、轨道交通等8个产业产值要上百亿，装备制造业的年产值达到2,200亿。两江工业开发区的成立，今后重庆将重点推动的项目主要在于汽车产业，装备制造产业及物流产业三大方面，并积极开展军工产业及高新产业的招商引资。市政府对两江新区的经济发展要求包括：到2020年,其主要经济指标要达到地区生产总值5000亿元以上,占全市总量的1/4。实现工业总产值10000亿元以上,占全市总量的1/3，进出口总额和实际利用外资分别占全市总量的70%～80%，财政收入700亿元以上,占全市总量的1/5以上。力争到2020年实现工业产值上万亿元，实现“再造一个重庆工业”，将为重庆带来巨大的工业需求！

The principal of Chongqing Economy Commission said that 13 industrial clusters will be set up for the equipment manufacturing industry of Chongqing, whose output value will reach 22 billion Yuan of RMB. The output of the 8 industries, such as shipping, rail transportation etc will achieve at over 10 billion Yuan of RMB. With the foundation of the Two River Industrial development District, the industries that Chongqing will mainly develop in future are automobile, equipment manufacturing and logistics, meanwhile, Chongqing will positively invite the business investment for defense industry and high and new technology industry. The demands of the municipal government for the development of economy in the Two River Industrial development District are as follows: the main economic target is that the regional GDP reaches over500 billion Yuan, occupying the quarter of the GDP of whole Chongqing. Moreover, it must be realized that total industrial output achieves over 1,000 billion Yuan, accounting for one third of the output of whole Chongqing, the total foreign trade value and the disbursement of foreign capital respectively occupy 70% to 80% of the total volume of Chongqing, and the fiscal revenue reaches over 70 billion Yuan, accounting for more than one fifth of the total municipal volume. It will try to be realized that the industrial output reaches over 1,000 billion Yuan until the year of 2020, and “build up one more Chongqing industry”, which will bring huge industrial demands for Chongqing.

  CMPI Attending Procedure:

A.参展单位需详细填写《参展回执表》（另附）并加盖单位公章，传真或邮寄至组委会；

B.请参展单位于3日之内须将相关费用汇入组委会指定帐户（帐户请参见《参展回执表》）；

C.参会单位代表住宿及展品运输，组委会将另行发给《参展商服务指南》手册。
