Germany - Aichelin Acquires Furnace Manufacturer.

Aichelin Holding GmbH acquired a majority stake in Slovenian industrial furnace manufacturer Bosio d.o.o. in an effort to strengthen its presence in the steel and forging industry. Privately owned Bosio manufactures pit furnaces, roller-hearth furnaces and chamber furnaces and mainly supplies customers in Central and Eastern Europe as well as Russia and India. The company's product range also includes furnaces for aluminum and ceramics, recuperative burners, quenching tanks and several types of washing machines. The Aichelin Group now has 10 subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, China, India, Brazil and the U.S.
