The ceremony of Shandong Kaitai Group Co., Ltd. ‘s acquisition of Airblast B.V Co., Ltd was held in Zouping Snowflake Mountain Resort, on November 9, 2012.The acquisition of Airblast marks a turning point in the process of Kaitai Kaitai Group ’s internationalization and this is also regarded as the most significant step since the implementation of its international strategy. Through international acquisition, Kaitai Group will steadily improve the design and production quality to meet domestic and overseas demands, while achieving effective integration of domestic and international management, thereby minimizing the managerial cost.
