G-M Enterprises received orders from two U.S.-based MIM manufacturers for high-temperature sintering furnaces. The first furnace has a free work area of 36 inches wide x 30 inches high x 96 inches long, and the second furnace has a dual-door arrangement with a free work area of 36 inches wide x 30 inches high x 48 inches long.
The dual-door arrangement reduces furnace downtime for loading and unloading by utilizing the front door for loading a new load and the rear door for removal of the sintered load. Both 2-bar furnaces are equipped with state-of-the-art automatic binder-removal features via a series of wax traps.
