Metallurgy and foundry: steady decrease.

In 2012 the metallurgy and foundry industry reported a 9.4% drop in proceeds. Over the period 2009-2011, the companies operating in this sector registered a proceeds growth exceeding 50% and equal to CZK177.2 billion, according to a survey on the metallurgy and foundry industry carried out by Bisnode. Lower production is caused by the downturn in related sectors.
