Atlas Copco Acquires Edwards Group.

Atlas Copco, a Sweden-based leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions, closed the acquisition of Edwards Group Ltd., a U.K.-based developer and manufacturer of sophisticated vacuum products, abatement systems and related value-added services. The acquired business is now part of Atlas Copco's new Vacuum Solutions division in the Compressor Technique business area. Edwards Group's products and services are integral to manufacturing processes and are used within an increasingly diverse range of industrial applications.
