Calderys Acquires Termorak in Finland.

Paris, France – February 17, 2014 – Calderys, a world leader in Refractory Solutions and a subsidiary of Imerys (NYSE-Euronext Paris - NK-FP), announces that it acquired Termorak Group, a company specialized in Refractory Services (including lining design, refractory material sourcing, as well as installation work and inspections). With € 17.2 million revenue in 2012, Termorak is based in Finland, Sweden and Thailand.

Through the acquisition of Termorak, Calderys expands its position in the Petrochemical and Pulp & Paper Industries, as well as in the Power business in Finland, Russia, the Baltic countries and in South-East Asia.
