Traditional supplier for the steel and foundry industry, the company is affiliated with the KÜTTNER Group, founded in Essen (Germany) in 1949 with activities in Europe, Asia, North America and South America.
KUTTNER DO BRAZIL has been present at the fair since its first edition. "For us it’s an important event to meet with our customers and maintain dialogue with them, as well as to follow market trends", said Jörg Hagedorn, managing partner.
One of the highlights at the booth will be the complete cold setting sand molding lines, as well as cold-setting sand preparation and reclamation systems with processing capabilities from 10 up to 100 t/h of sand. Jörg explains that these systems are being supplied by KÜTTNER DO BRASIL to the Brazilian market in cooperation with AAGM WÖHR, a traditional German company from the sector.
Also featured for visitors of Metalurgia will be the modern melting systems with cupola furnace, a technology of the KÜTTNER Group with more than 300 plants in operation around the world, which makes it possible to produce liquid metal without relying on electricity.
The following will also be presented in the fair: green sand preparation and reclamation systems; furnace burdening and charge make‐up systems; mold release and cooling systems for castings; dedusting and gas cleaning systems; complete centrifugal casting installations, as well as engineering and deployment management of complete foundries.
