ANKIROS/ANNOFER 2010 is set to attract an even larger international participation than previous events, say the organisers. There will be international pavilions from German, Italy, Spain, China, UK and Iran as well as many global participants and international sector organisations. The show has developed into a unique business meeting place with the growth in exhibitor and visitor numbers.
Organised in conjunction with the ANKIROS exhibition, TURKCAST 2010 is also an ideal platform to meet representatives from Turkish foundries and see what metalcasters in this region of the world have to offer.
The Turkish foundry industry is in a development phase based on strong domestic and international demand and the industry is witnessing continued outstanding growth in exports. In recent years, the Turkish foundry industry has become an important supplier to Europe. ANKIROS creates a gateway to the Turkish foundry industry for European suppliers. ANKIROS - International Iron, Steel and Foundry Technology, Machinery and Products Trade Fair - functions as a meeting point for foundry machinery and material suppliers along with Turkish and Eurasian foundry professions.
This highly successful exhibition trio will serve the metallurgy industry in terms of establishing a unique business platform for displaying the latest technology, materials and services in six halls with an approximate gross area of 30,000 m². This year nearly 750 companies from over 45 countries will meet more than 15,000 local and foreign visitors at the event.
A highlight is the 15th International Metallurgy and Materials Conference (IMMC 2010) and the 5th International Ankiros Foundry Congress being held in the same venue concurrently.
ANKIROS & ANNOFER 2010 will be held in Istanbul, Turkey (11-14 November 2010). www.ankiros.com
