The project's financial trajectory spans two years, necessitating a substantial investment totaling 165 million yuan. Encompassing an expansive 106 mu area, the venture boasts an impressive total construction area exceeding 65,000 square meters. Phase I's No.2 workshop is set to cover 30,408 square meters, while Phase II's No.1 workshop will occupy 33,366 square meters.
With a visionary approach, ZCW prioritizes the integration of intelligent manufacturing technology and the acquisition of cutting-edge casting equipment. This investment strategy encompasses crucial facets such as aluminium alloy melting, core-making processes, environmental sustainability, and automation tools. Additionally, the allocation includes advanced finishing equipment such as fixed clamp assembly lines, three-coordinate machine centers, fixtures, and cutters.
Upon the successful activation of the facility, it will integrate environmental considerations throughout the production line while expanding material storage capacity. This expansion will notably bolster the company's cumulative production capacity, reaching an impressive 1 million sets of aluminium alloy fixed callipers.
