This year's METAL and its accompanying exhibitions, Heat Treatment, Aluminium & Nonfermet, Control-Tech and Recycling, come in a slightly refreshed format. The expo cluster is held for two days (previously, this has been a three-day event). The foundry industry
event is held on 24 and 25 September 2024 at Targi Kielce; the event continues its many-year tradition and is thus a meeting platform for this industry.
The exhibition in its shorter, i.e. two-day version will not be to the detriment to the event agenda; this alteration has been done to the favour of to the companies that have participated in the expo for years. Having carried out extensive consultations and analysis of the current foundry
market the industry situation, we have decided to help companies reduce the costs associated with coming to Kielce and participating in the event which has been held for almost three decades. – I am convinced that shortening the expo and holding it in a two days format will positively impact both exhibitors, especially foreign ones, who will reduce costs, and on visitors, who will receive the same agenda condensed in just two days – says Metal Expo Project Manager Piotr Pawelec. – We have analysed the last expo, and, together with our partners and exhibitors, we concluded that the first two days were the most popular. Thus, continuing the event as a three-day show in the current market conditions is no longer justified – he adds. In response to the market and this industry's needs, Congress's offer has been expanded. Thus the Foundry Goes Green conference, which has proven very popular, has been extended to two days.
