Issued at 2024-04-23

The strength of the Targi Kielce "Industrial Autumn" lies in the direct meetings of foundry companies' representatives. 24 and 25 September at Targi Kielce will abound with opportunities to meet. Dozens of companies have confirmed their presence; the number of
firms regitering to join the trade show keeps growing.

– The upcoming Targi Kielce "Industrial Autumn" promises to be excellent.
The expo is now a shorter; two-day event; this decision has been supported by the companies participating in the show and encouraged others to participate in the Metal Expo. Global companies representing the foundry industry sector will come to Kielce - says project director Piotr Pawelec.

The exhibitors list who have confirmed their presence is extensive and includes Agrati i Rtd Group from Italy, Kanthal from Germany, Rath from Austria, Inductotherm Europe from Great Britain, Ferrocore from Slovenia, Eurotek, Wohr Pl, Genten Machines, Motul Baraldi, Heraeus, Petrofer, Kom-Odlew, Prec-Odlew, Foundry Service Agency, BB Technology, Noram, Guenther, Totalenergies, and Amp. Exhibitor presence proves the event's importance; Targi Kielce show is ranked the third most significant event of this type in Europe, after the largest GIFA Expo organized in Dusseldorf and Euroguss in Nuremberg.

For years, the trade fair has been an ideal platform for exchanging experiences, boosting business relationships and for face-to-face meetings. These aspects have been emphasized by companies' representatives. – Nothing can replace direct relationships, especially business ones; thus the expo has been the best meeting place for years. The show brings together exhibitors and customers. Targeted meetings of salespeople at the clients' premises complement thr expo sessions, but the trade show held every two years is a real celebration foundry buisness sector - adds Piotr Pawelec.

Targi Kielce keeps strengthening its European-scale activities and signs even more cooperation agreements!

– New opportunities for our exhibitors and visitors to establish international contacts and
enter new markets stem from cooperation with the Polish-Romanian Bilateral Chamber of
Commerce and Industry – says the President of Targi Kielce, Doctor Andrzej Mochoń. The
Kielce exhibition and congress centre has joined the chamber's structures to reach out to a
larger group of prospecive exhibitors and strengthen the Centre's position as a valuable
cooperation partner on the European market. As the President points out, cooperation with
the Polish-Romanian Bilateral Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Industry was established primarily with the Metal foundry fair in mind. – Our country production potential keeps growing; foundry sector factories are open. Hence our belief that the position of a suitable partner for cooperation and increasing the power to reach new enterprises is worth enhancing - Doctor Andrzej Mochoń, President of Targi Kielce, talks about the new cooperation prospects. – I hope that the upcoming events will host many participants from Romania, and above all, Romainian visitors – emphasizes the head of the Kielce exhibition and congress centre. Targi Kielce has cooperates with several chambers of industry and commerce, with associations in and outside Poland and exhibition centers around the world for years.

Two days of meetings designed to maximize possibilities!

This year METAL and its accompanying exhibitions: ALUMINIUM NONFERMET, CONTROL-
TECH, RECYKLING i HEAT TREATMENT offer a new format. – The event format arrangement
is our duty; the formula must be interesting for visitors. – I am convinced that shortening the
expo and holding it in a two days format will positively impact both exhibitors, especially
foreign ones, who will reduce costs, and on visitors, who will receive the same agenda
condensed in just two days – says Metal Expo Project Manager Piotr Pawelec. The decision
to shorten the expo goes towards exhibitors and visitors who are veri thrifty and watch
every penny when it comes to expo spending. Especially now, at a time when Europe is
moving away from the so-called "dirty, heavy industry". After extensive consultations and analysis of the current market situation in the foundry industry, we decided to help
companies reduce the costs associated with coming to Kielce and participating in the event
that has been going on for almost three decades.

Now, foundries are losing customers in the automotive sector, thus they switch to structural castings and castings made for other industries. However, the reduction of castings production for the needs of the automotive sector is a very noticeable fact.

The double strength of Foundry Goes Green Convention.
This year expo agenda includes the popular Foundry Goes Green conference held over two days. This was expected in great demand from the Conference participants. This clearly demonstrates that despite the expo shortening, the agenda does not compromise on quality. On the contrary, the agenda respods to the participants' needs and becomes ven more diversified. The seminar focuses on modern technological solutions for foundries.

Presidents, foundry directors, and heads of development and technology departments are
the main targets. Knowledge-packed speeches and presentations make it possible to pave
way for introduction of modern, ecological solutions in foundries. This development scheme
boosts market competitiveness. – Our guests will also be treated to many other very
interesting fringe and complementary events related to calculating the carbon footprint or
introducing new technologies, adds Piotr Pawelec.

Metal, Heat Treatment, Aluminum Nonfermet, Control-Tech and Recykling Expos will be
held on 24-25 September 2024 at Targi Kielce.
