Shree Hans Alloys Limited plans to double output of its Existing Plant at Dholka, Dist. Ahmedabad (INDIA).
Shree Hans Alloys Limited (SHAL) is pleased to announce its plan to expand its Steel foundry capacity of its Dholka plant from 2000 to 4000 tonnes p.a.
The expansion project encompasses steel castings and machining facilities. For the steel foundry, the plan is to modernize existing facilities with latest technologies and safety and environmental standards. The expansion project will add 2000 tonnes of total steel capacity and will improve the surface finishing of the Castings.
Finally these investments are complemented by a USD 3 Million investment for continuous improvements in modernization of existing foundry.
These investments will also considerably reduce emissions and help achieve highest environmental standards.
Commenting on the expansion project, SHAL CMD Dinesh B. Daga said: “With this significant investment, we are maintaining and developing our position as a Leading Supplier in the regional and global OEM markets. We have formed a strong project team to look at the various aspects of the projects, from the technological choices to the product mix. We will use state of the art technologies that will minimize the impact on the environment and optimize production, making a sustainable and quality focused foundry operation.
