2013 Executive Salary Survey Is Available for Purchase

The American Foundry Society’s 2013 Executive Salary Survey is now available for purchase through the AFS E-Store.
The survey details foundry-specific compensation for 28 executive-level positions, ranging from chairman-of-the-board to salesperson, throughout the U.S. and Canada. Data is broken down by ferrous and nonferrous, gross sales and region. Salaries reported also include annual bonus compensation, if applicable. Salaries and increase percentages are compared from 2008-2012.
Some of the job titles and descriptions included in this publication are:
- Chairman of the Board
- President (or General Manager where no title of president exists)
- Executive Vice President
- Marketing Executive (V.P. Sales, V.P. Marketing, etc.)
- Manufacturing Executive (V.P. Operations, V.P. Manufacturing, Plant Manager, etc.)
- Financial Executive (V.P. Finance, Controller, etc.)
- Engineering Executive (V.P. Engineering, V.P. Technical, Director of Engineering, Technical Director, etc.)
- Human Resource Executive (V.P. Human Resources, HR Director, etc.)
- Production Manager (Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, etc.)
The survey is available as a digital download or in print from the AFS E-Store. The price for AFS Corporate Members is $375 and $525 for AFS Personal Members. The price for nonmembers is $675.00.
